Founded in 1998 Abron Group is involved from the ground up in all of its developments from sourcing land and working with industry professionals such as surveyors and engineers through to civil development (owning its own heavy machinery), obtaining titles, house design and construction. Howard says this gives good control over all aspects of the project, in particular quality and timing. Abron Group is family owned with Howard’s children involved in the day to day running of the business. Son Cameron takes on the operations manager role on civil and subdivision projects and daughter Abbie takes the helm with the sales and marketing of off the plan as well as completed homes. Daughter in law Tracy joined the team as design consultant most recently, working closely with clients to ensure positive outcomes across the build. Abron Group is also working on a number of projects in Omokoroa including The Grove on Western where it is offering spec homes for sale and at a new site on Western Avenue, where a mix of stand-alone homes and townhouses will be completed with 40 titles to come to the market.
