Focus on Property REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT Tauranga based Architectural Design Group (ADG) has been experiencing huge growth due to word of mouth referrals from satis ied customers and from repeat work from existing customers. The company is expected to double in just a year and it is presently seeking good people to join its rapidly expanding team to keep ahead of the number of exciting and varied projects coming through the door. ADG Principal Founder Trevor Jones says the company’s expertise and longevity in the industry means it knows the challenges its customers face in the present building environment and how to ensure consenting processes can be streamlined to ensure projects move forward as e iciently as possible. “Many of the projects that we work on come from the close relationships established with our key clients and developers such as Focus on Property who we have worked with for many years. ADG is proudly locally owned and operated. Trevor has been working in the architectural profession in Tauranga for over 50 years. The ADG team complete work nationally with projects ranging from small house alterations through to multi-level motels and social infrastructure projects. With the building and architecture industries developing rapidly Trevor says that it’s important for ADG to have a passionate and experienced team as well as keeping ahead of changing technology and information. He says ADG aims to take a sustainable, practical and economical approach to design combining aesthetics with functionality and usability. Once again this is where a personal approach is important. “We are very hands on,” says Trevor. “O ering close, collaborative support throughout results in highly successful projects.” ADG is currently extremely busy working on a variety of health and medical, commercial, industrial and residential projects in the North Island.
