She knew we had a wealth of experience and skill to deliver into this project.” Providing Ngareka with feasibility costs helped clarify for her what was achievable within her budget and as a dentist establishing her irst practice this information was really valuable. “She came to us with a conceptual design but it was missing some important factors for a dental practice.” In fact, this approach to supply clients with a feasibility design concept is the irst step for all CDM’s projects. “It’s our job to equip the clients really early on with what is practically possible, while taking up their visions and goals for their spaces.” Hayden says, delivering Marsden Cove Dental on time and under budget, despite being caught up in COVID, is testament to how well the project went. “The success of the project was all about partnership, transparent and open communication enabling both parties to work together.
