Chris and Victoria bring many years of industry experience and skills to their business including property and subdivision development, and Chris has spent many years working in the construction industry with knowledge of both on-site and off-site building methods. He says for versatility, affordability, and efficiency, off-site construction always comes out on top. “From the minute we knock in the first nail to the point it’s ready to go on the truck, our homes are built within 10 to 12 weeks,” Ulf says. “Key to our process is making sure that building a new home is an easy, exciting, and enjoyable experience for our clients.” Chris and Victoria are extremely passionate about designing and building homes which tick all the boxes for their clients. Exeter Homes has a variety of predesigned plans which can be modified to suit specific requirements, otherwise Exeter Homes will work with clients to custom design their own relocatable home.
