T T to page 44 Franklin-based land-development company Searle Group has a range of projects underway, delivering a variety of sections and new homes to the market. “As a 100% New Zealand family owned and operated company, we have a vested interest in being part of the process that assists customers to get into home ownership,” explains Anthony Searle, a director of Searle Group. To assist such home ownership, Searle Group, in collaboration with Navigation Homes, has constructed 10 new homes in the new 30-lot Carter Road and Patty Lane, Patumahoe subdivision. These homes are situated on generous 800sqm sections, designed with families in mind, and Anthony believes this is why six have already sold, with strong inquiry for the remaining new homes. “The homes are a range of four-bedroomplus homes of around 200sqm or greater in size, ideal for large and extended families,” says Anthony. “A number of design options are available, including some with two master bedrooms.” Patumahoe has been a significant focus for Searle Group in recent years. Anthony says proximity to local amenities, including schools, childcare centres, cafes, and shops, has been a major draw for buyers to the Patumahoe area. As the current largest land developer in the Patumahoe area, Searle Group has delivered over 300 residential lots to the local area. | Proudly supporting Searle Group 0800 86 78 78 Providing our clients with a one stop shop for planning, surveying & engineering services to create large land developments & subdivisions.
