TDM Construction Ltd (TDM) has been a trusted civil contractor for Searle Group since their first collaboration in 2015. The long standing, valued partnership sees the delivery of quality, build-ready residential sections to the market throughout the Franklin region. The self-perform skillset offered by the TDM team includes earthworks, drainage, all utilities, roading and concrete works. The ability to resource the majority of works inhouse, using their extensive equipment fleet, provides a significant advantage in maintaining greater control over quality and timing, ensuring project delivery on time and on budget. For Searle Group, TDM have provided comprehensive civil works on subdivisions ranging from 17 – 76 lots. Supporting the growth of local communities and working with local contractors and suppliers are shared values that have made this alliance so successful. TDM’s latest endeavour for their client has seen extensive site clearance and remediation of a retired orchard in Te Kauwhata, in preparation for its transformation into a 144-lot subdivision.
