As Ben explains: “We’ve engineered pre-cut building platforms so that buyers don’t have to think about major earthworks before they build.” Key contractors on the project include McPherson Contractors Ltd for earthworks and McKenzie & Co for land development planning. Urban Homes Rotorua is set to begin construction on a show home in the coming weeks. Interest has come from nearby Rotorua residents seeking more space, out-of-towners looking for holiday homes, and those planning a move to the region.
