The layout includes seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, complemented by a lift, six-car garaging and a full basement entertainment zone. Leisure and wellness goals are achieved with the property’s swimming pool, pool house, sauna and movie theatre. For Ben and his team, the secret to their success lies in the relationships they form with clients, and their unwavering commitment to quality. “We work closely with the client as a team, and form relationships with them both on the build, and outside of it,” Ben says. “The team knows that many of these houses will be entered into the House of the Year competition, so they demonstrate high-quality workmanship and passion right the way through the build.” That personal touch extends to their construction sites, which are kept immaculate under the watchful eye of Ben’s project manager. “Future clients are often shown through active builds,” Ben says. “I have a good, strong team around me.” The company’s award-winning portfolio includes an Auckland/Northland/Coromandel Regional Gold Award in the $500,000-$1 million category for a renovated Mount Eden villa, and another in the Resene New Home $2 million-$4 million category for a stunning Takapuna property, both presented at the 2025 Registered Master Builders House of the Year Awards in August.
