Quail Ridge Country Club LIFESTYLE Stage five of retirement village Quail Ridge Country Club is nearing completion and although most of the 28 villas are already spoken for limited opportunities for people to purchase a brand new home still exist. Quail Ridge Country Club sales manager Glenn Robert sales manager says one and two bedroom options are available and range from 99sqm-128sqm. There are also a number of homes up for re-sale in the rest of the village ranging from one bedroom to three bedrooms plus study. “Quail Ridge Country Club is known for the large size of its homes, up to 300sqm, and big gardens,” say Glenn. “We offer ten different styles of homes, all north facing. Because the sections are of all different shapes and sizes, some flat, some terraced, every home has a unique feel and outlook. Quail Ridge Country Club has a lot of character and people are buying into one of the finest villages in New Zealand.” Quail Ridge Country Club is a family founded retirement village for 65 plus, located just five minutes drive from Kerikeri township. It is a high-end community where people can enjoy space and freedom, high quality homes and beautifully landscaped gardens. “Quail Ridge Country Club can be summed up in the phrase ‘where serene rural living meets modern amenities’,” says Glenn. “It’s a place people can live their life, their way, every day.” The village has a rural aspect while remaining in close proximity to shops and services. Set in resort-like grounds next to the celebrated Rainbow Falls, the Kerikeri River and the river track, which leads to the historic Stone Store basin, 70% of the boundary is adjacent to beautiful native bush in conservation reserve. In addition Quail Ridge Country Club’s gardens are well recognised. Mature specimen trees and shrubs surround subtropical and native gardens. The village also features landscaped lakes, which residents enjoy sailing their RC yachts on, and a mandarin grove that provides fruit for picking in the winter months. Once complete, Quail Ridge Country Club will include 130 stand-alone homes and a clubhouse. Weekly Fees are set for life providing financial security for residents, and the village is very pet friendly, welcoming cats and dogs of all sizes. Quail Ridge Country Club also includes a four-lane bowling green and a pool complex with a large indoor pool, gym, sauna and spa pools. A footbridge at the southern end of the village will provide pedestrian access for residents across the Kerikeri River to the township and 18-hole Bay of Islands Golf Course. “Quail Ridge blends excitement and tranquillity,” says Glenn, “ensuring people’s retirement years in Kerikeri are genuinely golden.” Glenn says people are welcome to take a tour of Quail Ridge Country Club and view options. If nothing is available that suits at the time they can register interest in the type of home they prefer and be notified when one comes up for sale. There are also a few select new homes planned shortly. A couple of brown field sites in the centre of the village will be the next project and release five more homes. A new clubhouse is in the design phase further adding to the allure of Quail Ridge Country Club. • NEW ROOFS • PRESSED STEEL ROOFING • RE-ROOFS / REPLACEMENT ROOFS • ROOF REPAIRS • IRON / LONG RUN / CORRUGATE ROOFING Call Nigel Bryant 021 924 025 - www.bryantroofing.co.nz • Commercial • Residential • Industrial • Maintenance • Sheet Metal Fabrication GAS WORKS & PLUMBING LIMITED SUPPLY, INSTALL & SERVICE SPECIALISING IN ALL WATER HEATING & HOME HEATING SOLUTIONS www.gasworksandplumbing.co.nz WHANGAREI Corner of Poto St & Porowini Ave BAY of ISLANDS OFFICE 1229 Bulls Road, KERIKERI 0800 400 192
