In July, Real Asset Management (RAM®) announced a partnership with Oxbury Agricultural Finance to provide $200 million of funding for New Zealand farmers to purchase and manage livestock, strengthen cash ow, and invest with greater con dence. The capital is being deployed through the RAM NZ Credit Fund, a private credit fund that invests in New Zealand asset-backed credit investments. It is also an acceptable managed fund for the Growth category of the New Zealand Government's Active Investor Plus (AIP) Visa programme. "The transaction demonstrates how international investment can support productive enterprises, strengthen regional communities, and deliver tangible bene ts for New Zealand," says Scott Wehl, Director of RAM NZ. In August, RAM celebrated the opening of its new Auckland o ce at 1 Albert Street, after more than a decade in the New Zealand market. They are joined by Wayne Percival, former chief executive of UDC Finance, and Mark Spring, chair of Limelight Group and independent chair of Alexander Corporation, each with 30 years in New Zealand nancial services. Together they bring deep local market experience, supported by strong governance, disciplined credit underwriting, and a robust risk framework.
