Complementing the Territory Managers, Research Field Scientists, Local intelligence, global scale based in Hawke’s Bay, Canterbury and New Plymouth, run ield trials to evaluate the e icacy of the products to meet local needs. “We bring our clients through to those locations, get them hands on with the trial work, and show them what the products are doing in the ield. We work very closely with our customers. We have a diverse portfolio of products, providing inputs into; horticulture, turf, pastural and arable cropping as well as seed production. We enjoy operating in such a diverse market, it creates a lot of opportunities.” The development of niche products that meet its customers’ needs is a key focus and what has underpinned the success of the company for over three decades. “The formulation and ield science part of our business means a focus on niche products tailored for our clients.
