Don Chapman Waikato has built a reputation for providing value-added construction services and creating successful relationships with clients throughout the construction process. “Our goal is to gain long term relationships with our customers by exceeding their expectations and gaining their trust through integrity, perfor- mance, value, and satisfaction,” says Don Chap- man Waikato managing director Shanan White. “We apply our proven project methodology and construction knowledge, and work closely with our clients to ensure the final product is exactly what they expected and what they contracted us for.” Based in Morrinsville and carrying out most of its building projects in the Waikato and neighbour- ing areas, Don Chapman Waikato offers a friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable team to assist each client through the entire building project. Don Chapman Waikato’s dairy construction services include specialisation in effluent systems, feed storage, milking sheds, feed pads, silage bunkers, and more recently small animal dairies for milking sheep and goats. With different options and different systems available for all of these structures, all with their own pros and cons, Shanan and the team offer the right advice for the most effective solution before design and construction starts. Shanan has owned Don Chapman Waikato since February 2014, when he bought out Don Chap- man Builders, the business his building company, High Caliber Construction, had been contracting to since 2007. Meanwhile, Don Chapman retained ownership of his Chapman Dairy, specialist in the design and construction of farm dairies and other buildings necessary for high producing dairy farms. Don Chapman Waikato is one of Chapman Dairy’s licensed construction teams, with another three teams based in Taupo, Taranaki, and Can- terbury. Now with more than 550 Chapman Dairy parlours throughout the country, clients can be confident they know what they are doing. “We apply our proven project methodology and construction knowledge, and work closely with our clients to ensure the final product is exactly what they expected and what they contracted us for.” Photos: When it comes to milking sheds Don Chapman Waikato offers a wide range of options in parlour styles – rotary or herringbone – yard layout, plant room design and pipe work configuration.
