He worked for Power Farming Hawkes Bay as a sales manager progressing to dealer principle before becoming an owner. Ben has been working in the agricultural equipment and machinery industry for 15 years and also brings vast knowledge. There are currently also two apprentices who have been brought up on Hawkes Bay farms.
