The wool is sourced from either New Zealand or Australia. “Our courier partner has been incredible at meeting those overnight delivery targets. “In the summer we did lots of different trials with thermometers, really high temperature days and leaving the box on our doorstep at 30 degrees and the results were amazing.” While orders cannot yet be delivered to rural delivery or non-urban addresses, Middlehurst Delivered can usually work with the customer to find a solution that works for everyone. The recipes on Middlehurst Delivered website have been created with the help of some “amaz- ing” chefs. Sophie and Lucy both love cooking and also regularly add their own recipes with a unique twist.
