The company offer’s farmer clients a wide range of services, from harvesting silage and hay, baleage, hedgecutting, through to providing groundwork and managing effluent ponds and transporting. When Rural South spoke with Tyler in June it was the quiet time of the year, time to draw breath before the season gets underway in September. This provides Tyler and the team with a good break because once work begins in earnest, the days will be long and busy.. During the busy season five drivers from England and / or Ireland join the team. “At the moment we’re carting a bit of winter feed around and we make a lot of feed ourselves as an additional income stream.” Having experienced staff, Tyler says, makes all the difference in the world and contributes significantly to the success of the business and the reputation it has gained over the years. Taking care of all the office work is Mum Rebecca, leaving Tyler free to concentrate on fulfilling customers requests and keeping the team engaged. “We’re fortunate to have many repeat clients and the range of equipment and experience to offer them.
