One of the positives from the Covid experience for the fencing industry has been free access to primary industry training, introduced by the govern- ment in 2020, including the Level 3 Certificate in Fencing. Funding for free training is available through to the end of 2022. A Level 4 Certificate in Fencing has also been developed and is due to be offered from the start of 2022.
