Gardner Queenstown started 14 years ago, and Paddy joined the team early on. Seven years on, he relocated to Wanaka to operate the new Wanaka and Central Otago franchise. The Wanaka office was originally a satellite site with just four staff and three sales representatives, but it has quickly grown to 12 staff and a five-strong sales team, servicing the Wanaka/Central Otago area. Building high-quality homes at a competitive price point is one of the company’s biggest challenges, and the team has worked hard to maintain its high standards, refusing to compromise on quality, despite the competitive environment in the building industry.
