Both Graham and Tony are very hands on with their business, while Graham still enjoys being on the tools, Tony takes care of the project manage- ment side. Tony says remaining hands on means quality never slips and they can maintain good relation- ships with their staff. “We have high expectations and our staff work hard to upkeep those standards.
