Open-plan kitchen and din- ing areas are a feature in all the homes which flow through to sunny and secure outdoor areas, perfect for entertaining guests. Standout features of the homes include floor to ceiling tiled bathrooms, timber flooring in the kitch- ens and a light, natural colour palette throughout. Tony and Graham are extremely conscious of all the materials they use in their builds to ensure buyers are treated to a warm and healthy living environment. The insulation exceeds building code standards and all windows are double-glazed with thermally broken aluminium frames. It’s clear these homes have been well thought-out in every aspect. Large double garages attached to the homes are carpeted and fully insulated, including the door, with ample storage and built-in laundry. The garages are built deeper than average at 7.5 metres so even with two vehicles parked up there’s no shortage of space to move around freely. Externally, the homes are fully landscaped. The lush green lawns pop against the celcrete cladding which is contrasted with a mixture of vertical and horizontal cedar. One of the homes is clad in brick so as to add variety but again complimented with natural cedar which softens the overall look. Concrete patios surround the living areas which not only serve their purpose but require little to no maintenance. They say the final home, yet to be complete, is garnering a lot of interest and they’re happy to know the occupants in the existing homes are enjoying the remarkable work the team at Grace Builders have achieved. Both Tony and Graham have really enjoyed the process of this development and they will be look- ing to do something similar in the near future.
