Established in 2008, just two years before the first major quake struck, Landley Law has played a role in helping its clients navigate the changed property landscape. Based at 362 Colombo Street in Sydenham, itself a suburb that has undergone transformation in the subsequent years, Sue and her team understand the local property market and its unique aspects since the quakes, where property transactions became layered with insurance disputes, land zoning changes and an unprecedented volume of new residential and commercial development. Landley Law’s specialisation in conveyancing and property law positioned it squarely at the centre of that activity. Sue brings more than 25 years of experience practising law in Christchurch, with a focus on property and general practice.
