Working closely with Christchurch architectural practice, Gravitas Consulting, the design team at David Reid Homes have created some very appealing and quite unique designs for house and land packages in the ever popular subdivision. “We think these sites are great, as they back on to the reserve walkway with grassed areas, mature planting and seating areas,” says Diana Creighton, David Reid Homes’ Sales Consultant. “Most of our eighteen sections have direct gated access through to the walkway. Vehicle access runs down the south of the properties and are private lanes, so great for safety and security.
