With off-site manufacturing, we’ve taken out all of those costs. Jason says with an on-site build, left-over materials deemed uneconomical to return to the supplier can often be wasted. At Seven², they are simply used on the next project in line. Jason has been building since 2008, and integrity has always been high on his list of values.
