Interiors are well-appointed, with a focus on quality high-end finishes and functionality. “Hercules St is extensively landscaped throughout,” says Carl. “There’s about 120 trees and shrubs put in there so it’s a lovely green oasis for each home.” The seven townhouses are available for sale now, with two already under offer through Harcourts sales agent Sam Bowen. The company is currently beginning construction on the next development, a range of standout two- and three-bedroom townhouses with garages and/or parking in the sought-after area of St Albans. The first of these, on 146 Edgeware Road, will be on the market for buyers early January 2025, and the second development on 46 Lindsay St will be available shortly after. These units will showcase the company’s ability to build high-end townhouses with wellthought-out design that homeowners love.
