The vitreous enamel is fused to the steel at temperatures ranging from 760°C to 860°C which combines the two materials and results in a hard, inert, and hygienic surface. The vitreous enamel finish makes it simple to clean and disinfect the water tanks, which also hold the relevant drinking water standards such as NSF/ANSI 61 and AS4020 certification.
