With 267 villas, cottages, and units planned for the six hectare site on Old Renwick Road, the village is expected to help ease the housing shortage in Blenheim where retirees are struggling to find smaller properties to downsize into. “It’s a really good job to be part of,” Anton says. “It’s something we can do for the community and for the retired people of Blenheim.”
