Knowing that many of the people living in Greymouth are there because of the outdoor lifestyle it has to offer, of the 142 units overall Sam made sure to include plenty big enough to house motorbikes, boats and other bigger items. “The 22 3m x 4.5m units and 17 3m x 6m units should accommodate the goods from a three or four-bedroom house given that when you’re storing you’re stacking vertically as well as horizontally. “While 3m x 6m is longer than a double garage and their height means they’re big enough to store a decent-sized boat. “ Knowing that a 3m x 3m unit is as much storage as most people are likely to need, Storewell, with 101 units, has more of them than any other size with, though there is the ability to expand these to a 3x6 if that’s where the demand lies.
