For example, essential high span flooring products were unavoidably held up for some eight weeks because the Auckland-based supplier was caught up in the city’s extended lockdown. “Getting building materials out of the North Island has been difficult but we still expect to complete the contract on schedule at the end of February 2022. “As a company, we are committed to delivering quality projects and working as efficiently as possible. “We have a traditional style of reliable construction management and do a lot of work in-house from carpentry to fit-out so we can provide the complete package, taking big projects such as this right through to handover,” says Johnny.” Health and safety is integral to the Farrell culture, with health and safety systems and procedures informed by industry best practice and adopted on every job, with every contractor and with every project partner.
