| 59 ARCHITECTURE DK Architecture DK Architecture owner Darryl Sutton says a growing number of its clients are wanting to maximise their results by creating a home that can be sectioned off as a part-rental. “It’s not as much as it was, but there’s enough work,” he said. Of its workload, about 30 percent is in Queenstown and parts of Central Otago, including Alexandra. The team has also completed projects in Twizel and Christchurch. Some of their clients are at the stage where they want to downsize, but in Dunedin a lot of the housing stock is old. That was where DK Architecture could help, Darryl said. Darryl has recently been approached to also do some development work around Dunedin, proving the industry is not slowing down, particularly among clients who want flare and character added to their home, whether that be a brand new build, or renovation project. He said the team prides itself on providing a down to earth approach on all projects, while also maximising results for the client - ultimately turning architectural dreams into reality. “We work with our clients through every step of the process to create not just a building, but a desirable and inviting space to live, work and play.” Producing Quality Kitchens, laundries and wardrobes in Dunedin and Central Otago spencerbremner@bespokecabs.co.nz Precision Builders are proud to support DK Architecture Custom Homes · Full Renovations · Home Extensions · Kitchen & Bathroom Renovations Project Management · Quantity Surveying www.precisionbuildersotago.co.nz pbo@xtra.co.nz 021 289 4639 BUILDING A BETTER FUTURE Web: whamiltonbuilding.co.nz
