The company’s commitment to quality and innovation is further demonstrated by the recent introduction of self-service speed lanes in 23 of their stores across New Zealand over the past six months. “Given the absence of off-the-shelf solutions for our industry, as most others have been developed in-house, we took a leap of faith and developed our own solution from scratch. In addition, Night ‘n Day has taken proactive steps to distance itself from tobacco sales in anticipation of Smokefree Aotearoa, which has positioned the company positively in the market. “With over a million transactions and a significant proportion of the population visiting our stores within a six-month period, Night ‘n Day has become a household name. Our customers appreciate the familiarity and convenience we offer.” The company’s preferred approach is to bring independent operators under the Night ‘n Day brand, providing them with the necessary support and guidance to provide a great platform for growing a successful business. “We take pride in delivering favourable outcomes for franchisees within our group.” An attractive aspect of the Night ‘n Day business model is the comprehensive systems and processes provided, which significantly streamline day-to-day operations, including accounting, compliance, and stock inventory management.
