Robert’s son Kyle works in the con- struction side of the business and other son Liam is an assistant development manager. Stephen’s sons Damien and Simon are both company directors. Laura says this all adds up to one thing: passion. “You can really see the love of the business in the leadership. This also spreads to the wid- er team and creates a great company culture capable of delivering outstanding projects,” she says. “With the next generation joining the ranks and bringing a tremendous wealth of construction and development experience with them, we are very well positioned for the future.” Over the past quarter of a century the Group has evolved into a company that does more than develop buildings. Today it controls all aspects of the develop- ment process, from acquisition and permitting through to sales, marketing and construction. Laura says that it is this comprehensively in- tegrated approach that guarantees all its pro- jects are effectively and efficiently managed, every step of the way. Ultimately all those at Safari Group are doing what they love and working very hard to create long term value for our clients.” CDH Painting is a high quality painting and decorating company based in the Southern Lakes. A team of experienced and quali ied sta means that CDH Painting can quickly accommodate clients’ changing needs, ensuring project deadlines are met, says company director Carter Hardy. “We are involved in many major projects in the region and can cater for high end bespoke painting works to large commercial projects. We currently have 25 sta employed full time with all of them being professional painters and decorators and many having worked in the industry for nearly a decade. We also have dedicated specialist sprayers and special e ects painters. Because of this we are able to tackle projects others can’t and get them done on time and on budget,” he says. It is currently working on Safari Group’s LQ Kawerau River, a multi level hotel and apartment development. CDH Painting was started in 2016 by Carter, who brings over a decade of painting and decorating experience to client’s projects. Beginning as a one-man-band, the company grew rapidly and now works on a range of residential and commercial projects for some of the region’s most respected builders and construction companies. Carter is out on site working with sta to ensure timely delivery. CDH Painting’s services encompass interior and exterior painting and decorating including wallpapering, protective coatings, ire rated coatings, coatings for concrete loors and special e ects. CDH Painting is Master Painters, Dulux, Porters and Fireshield accredited and is a preferred applicator for these brands the Southern Lakes. Carter says themarket is busy and CDH Painting is working on a range of projects in the region including residential homes and a 72-unit development at Jack’s Point for Classic Builders. “We have the ability to meet deadlines and cater of any program changes and work extremely well under pressure.
