The concrete yard has been specifically designed and engineered, using fibre rein- forcement, to take a 31-tonne point load, allowing for the storage of fully laden shipping containers. The offices are timber framed, with two floors of 75sm each. Full amenities were in- cluded in the fit out and the external cladding is ACM panels with window shrouds.
