For example, appliances and devices can be integrated and controlled via your smart phone or turned off automatically once no-one is home. “Even a small level of automation, such as sensor lights for the garage, can add a lot of convenience. A smart home is also a lot more energy ef cient, but we appreciate that each individual customer will want something different and tailor solutions accordingly.” Topa Electrical, a Registered Master Builders’ Associate, is proud to honour the ‘Kevler Care’ three-year, post-build maintenance warranty. “It’s a big commitment, but we want to provide quality product and we stand by it. We’re always there along the way.
