It also supports young people wanting to make a start in the industry. “We try to always have an apprentice. We like to think we give them a really good experience,” Nicole says. With old-fashioned carpentry skills learned in the UK, attention to detail and a strong customer focus, Darryl says word of mouth and reputation have been what bring in the customers They have many happy customers providing references as well.
