At Majestic Mansions, those demands have included asbestos removal, structural upgrades, heritage detailing and the careful integration of modern architecture and services. Earthquake strengthening and upgrade of fire protection has challenged the project team to ensure design and construction approaches worked within the constraints of the existing structure.
