T from page 46 “It’s been fascinating for me to pick it up and learn. Leaving Westland Milk exposed me to new experiences that helped me to develop professionally and I’ve continued on that learning path.” Matt says WMP has helped him establish where he wanted to go beyond University and then well beyond his own expectations and aspirations. “When you’re at Uni you tend to think quite small but now it feels as though the world is at your feet. “I think the diversity of, not just a company like Westland Milk, but the dairy industry as a whole, and being able to work in export, has laid the foundations for some of the things that have evolved. “I get to travel as part of what I am doing and work in an international field.
