As a result, we have quite a high sales conversion rate.” Trident Homes – Dunedin currently has four house and land packages available in Shirley Lane, Sawyers Bay, towards Port Chalmers. “One of those packages was sold towards the end of last year, a week after being released. Another one was released a week ago, and the other two will be released over the next couple of weeks. Three of the packages are 600sqm sections, while another has harbour views and an 850sqm section. Package price points range from $899,000 to under $1m. They will all be beautiful homes and marketed by Tall Poppy in Dunedin.” Last year the Trident Homes – Dunedin team were also successful in being awarded three separate Kaianga Ora contracts to build nine units in Port Chalmers. “Those projects included the demolition of old stock that was no longer of the quality required by Kianga Ora and replaced with either duplex or standalone town houses.
