There is so much going on here,” says Barrett Homes Cromwell co/director Dee Copeland. Barrett Homes is excited to be involved in Wooing Tree Estate, a new upmarket subdivi - sion at the entrance to the town, which Dee says will “transform the way Cromwell looks and be a real asset to the town”. The master plan includes plenty of green spaces and nods to its winery heritage with vines bordering the estate. It will also include a boutique retail precinct with galleries, cafés and Wooing Tree winery. Barrett Homes is offering a range of house and land packages, which are being quickly snapped up by a variety of buyers including retirees looking for a simpler lifestyle, first home buyers, people looking for a holiday home and investors. Barrett Homes is also in the process of organising a new show home in Wooing Tree Estate, due to commence con - struction mid year and opening later this year. It will be approximately 250sqm boasting four bedrooms, two lounges, and 2.5 bath - rooms and clad in cedar. Barrett Homes was formed in 2013 by Mike and Laura Bryant and Grant Eynon, who are also co-directors of Barrett Homes Cromwell along with Dee’s partner, Jason Williams, a qualified builder.
