The Temuka-based company, led by director and co-owner Allan Jones, has built an enviable reputation through its long-standing partnership with Timaru District Council, maintaining parks, reserves, sports fields, the Botanic Gardens and Temuka Domain since 1996. Midland Contracting was instrumental in the Timaru Botanic Garden being recognised in the New Zealand Gardens Trust Gardens of National Significance in 2004, and its retaining this achievement every four years to the present day with a five-star rating. We also do landscaping to make their outdoor areas look the best they can to boost their business profile,” he explains.
