Our core customer sectors are mum and dad residential investors, and tenants. “About 60% of our investors are new to the residential rental market. Over the years, as clients have become more confident in the rental market, many have added additional rental properties to their portfolios. From the beginning our focus has been about providing a qualified and personal service to our landlords and tenants. We invest heavily in background checking software that enables the depth of checking that private landlords cannot really do. Our extensive checks include criminal history, previous tenancy issues and past landlord references.
