"We've been assisting our client Dan van Asch since 1992, helping him rezone his land to create new subdivision zone rules that have since been adopted on other parts of the Port Hills," Carl explains. FOX leads the entire land development process, from re-zoning, resource consent planning, engineering design, construction supervision, to surveying. "Too many consultants focus only on maximising yield – we are creating spaces where people will live, therefore we must strive to create places where community can lourish.
