REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT Encompassing nine hectares of easy contoured land, Orchard Park development is right on Wanaka’s south eastern urban growth boundary and Quartz Developments’ third major residential subdivision in the region. Those lots range from 613sqm and go up to 900sqm, with price points ranging from $625,000 - $900,000 and marketed exclusively through Harcourts.
