This theme is woven into the design, which features subtle astronomical elements and constellation lighting that aim to create an atmosphere of quiet reflection and understated elegance. Perched on an elevated site in Fernhill, with panoramic, unobstructed views across Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains, Noctis will comprise 10 architecturally designed villas. Accommodation options include three-bedroom junior suites, four-bedroom executive residences, and a spectacular 10-bedroom presidential penthouse. Each junior suite offers three bedrooms, three ensuite bathrooms, dual living areas, two terraces, and two private spa pools. The executive residences are similarly luxurious, with four bedrooms and bathrooms, and additional features such as a private wine-tasting cellar, plunge pool, gym, sauna, massage therapy room, and home theatre. The presidential penthouse combines all these features and adds a private pool deck, reflective pond, and three-car garage, establishing itself as the pinnacle of luxury on-site. Beyond accommodation, the resort will provide a suite of world-class amenities designed to complement the alpine environment. Guests can enjoy an infinity pool overlooking the lake and mountains, a dedicated day spa and wellness centre, a yoga studio, and a bespoke designer restaurant showcasing local cuisine.
