Recently, they added a new dimension to what they offer the market with a comprehensive range of pre-designed homes. BUILDING Brendan Falloon, the founder of Falloon Builders, had been building for others for several years before deciding to set up his own company in 2007 with his wife Cushla. Eighteen years later, Falloon Builders has established a solid reputation as a family-owned- and-operated business with expertise and experience across bespoke builds, whether classic or modern, luxury or lifestyle, coastal, or anything in between. Brendan and Cushla’s sons Ben and Matt have both completed their carpentry apprenticeships with the company, with Matt on the tools and Ben more recently having moved into project management. Today, Falloon Builders has systems and processes built up over years of successful projects. They are ready to take on projects of all sizes, at whichever stage the client prefers. They take their responsibility to their clients very seriously, and part of Ben’s role, along with the practical components such as scheduling, pricing and quantity surveying, is to work closely with Cushla alongside their clients as the build progresses. “We want to take care of our clients as we manage their build, sharing our knowledge with them so that they can relax and enjoy the journey,” says Ben. With a team of seven carpenters, and trusted contractors to call on when needed, many of whom did their apprenticeships with the Falloons, they have plenty of capacity to manage a variety of projects. While their portfolio of high-end architectural builds continues to grow, they are equally comfortable building less expensive family homes or taking on renovations. Whatever it is, they pride themselves on helping their clients find the right option to fit within their budget. They are often involved in the very early stages, advising clients as to whether a section is the right one for what they hope to achieve, before putting their expertise to work on their behalf as they embark on the design-and-build process together. Recently, they added a new dimension to what they offer the market with a comprehensive range of pre-designed homes they have made available on their website for free, explains Ben. “There are a lot of things clients can do to reduce cost and still have a designer-looking home for a more affordable price.
