Fiona holds a Masters in Dietetics and has completed the Fonterra Governance Development course, while Thomas has a Bachelor of Food Science with Honours. Fiona has trained as a DIY artificial insemination technician and both have completed lameness training. They are proud to have a diversified farming business including off farm income opportunities with Fiona beginning supervisory work and doing some subject matter expert contracting work. “We’ve been really lucky to get to where we are in the dairy industry,” says Fiona, “and we’d like to give back to others and the industry on the way as well.”
