The group’s work in offsite manufacturing for the commercial sector includes the Greytown Sports Pavilion and several RSE accommodation developments for Kelson Orchards, Craggy Range, and Apatu Farms. Having worked on community projects including the Rose Garden Pavilion, the Crematorium, and local toilet/changing room facility projects, Createus Group were excited to provide design support for the Omarunui Landfill Education build project. “We used semi-off-site construction at the landfill, building an education centre on-site. Following Cyclone Gabriel there arose a need for a new weighbridge kiosk at the front gate,” says Laura. “We were able to construct the weighbridge in vacant space on-site, then shift it to its ntended site, which meant they could keep full operations going while they awaited its permanent replacement. In that respect, offsite manufacture for commercial, community and residential sectors provides a really good solution. With work spanning from Tauranga to Palmerston North, Createus Group are well established leaders in architectural design, project management and consulting.
