The Sunfruit project spans 7700 square metres and comprises four large coolstores and twelve controlled atmosphere (CA) stores. A canopy measuring around 2000 square metres and 5500 square metres of yard space also formed part of the project. The construction of both stage 2 and stage 3 projects has involved structural steel, concrete panel cladding, XLam insulated engineered panels and long-run COLORSTEEL cladding. Britkin Industrial Construction undertook both projects in a turnkey solution with up to 100 people working on site at any one time. “Our team is loyal to us and we are loyal to them.
