Property Brokers is celebrating another standout year of recognition, with four wins and 15 finalist placings at the 2025 REINZ Awards for Excellence, alongside taking home the Canstar Most Satisfied Customer Award for the second consecutive year. Managing director Guy Mordaunt says the results are especially pleasing given the company’s provincial roots and comparatively smaller size against most of its competitors. “The best thing about this year’s awards is that we had more finalists than anyone else, even though our team is considerably smaller than the big city agencies,” he says. “It shows we’re really punching above our weight.” Property Brokers’ success at the REINZ Awards stretched across its key divisions of residential, rural, property management, and support.
