Painting alone will take place in nine stages, with crews tackling one or two stages at a time. Currently, they are working through Stage Three. Shops inside have been refurbished and relocated, and the mall is attracting growing foot traffic. The new Level 2 Entertainment Space has quickly established itself as a gathering place, hosting live music, arts events and family activations. It reflects Centre City’s broader mission to be a cornerstone of the CBD, actively partnering with regional organisations and events to create share value. Since 2022, Prime Property Group has invested more than $5 million into the PROPERTY building and community, from seismic strengthening to major renovations.
