Eves Construction was established in 1998 by Rowan and Trish Eves. Prior to that the business had operated under the name of Rowan Eves Builders since 1982. “Eves Construction was originally established as a residential design and build company, as well doing renovation work,” says Ryan Eves, Rowan and Trish’s son. “Over the years the company has expanded its operation to include commercial and industrial projects. Above all, we’re a family business and I think our clients and our team really appreciate that.” In 2003 Ryan commenced his apprenticeship with the business, and after completing his trade certificate left for Perth spending the next few years working for Rio Tinto. “I returned home in 2013 and that’s when I really became part of the business, sharing the workload with Dad as a Site Manager. As well as Site/Project Manager, Dad prepares all the quotes. Mum and my partner Kathrine both work in the office looking after the payroll and office administration.” Over the many years that Eves Construction have been operating in the Central Plateau the company has established a strong reputation within the community including real estate agents who recommend them to their clients based upon proven quality craftsmanship, customer relationships and getting the job done in time and within budget. “Many of our residential projects are for chalet type homes,” says Ryan. “We are a design and build company and work closely with the client from concept right through to handing over the keys.
