Spencer Contractors has also been involved in multiple cool store builds for East Pack, including a newly-completed 20 CA store facility in Te Puke. “As well, we’re currently working alongside another client, Tuatara Structures, on a new coolstore facility for Mt Erin Limited in Hawke’s Bay, delivering construction services as well as cladding and roofing.” Tuatara Structures and Spencer Contractors first joined forces four years ago on a Hume Pack-N-Cool project in the Bay of Plenty. The two are currently working on another joint project, a building development in Tauriko.
